Refund Policy Quantum Mortgage and Protection Solutions Ltd is an appointed representative of Mortgage Advice Bureau and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We charge broker fees only once we have discussed your needs, sourced suitable mortgage options, and you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with a full application. These fees are payable after we have received an indication to lend from the chosen lender. Because our work is completed before your application is submitted, we do not offer refunds of broker fees once they have been charged. This reflects the advice, research, and administration already provided on your behalf. You will not be entitled to a refund if your loan application is declined at the full application stage. If we are unable to obtain an indication to lend before you proceed to full application, no fee will be charged. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
